From the YouTube description:
She’s not only good in hosting but this pretty and charming smart lady also is good in singing. Joyce Pring started performing with a band when she was 14 but it was only last August 2013 when PolyEast Records noticed her unique voice. She possess that slurry, flexible unique voice that at times recalls her favorites Feist, Joss Stone, Sade and the late Amy Winehouse.
Wow, a sound sort of reminiscent of some old school OPM (Original Pilipino Music) ballads I’d listen from my parents’ old cassette tapes. And that voice…it gives me chills! I’m also enamored by the big band production. I hope to hear more from this singer, and maybe even more from the producer.
